Distribution

All of Europe except north of Scandinavia, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal; Turkey; USSR: European part and western Siberia; Transcaucasia; Kazakhstan; China; Mongolia; and possibly Egypt, Iraq, and Morocco (Van Vondel 1991).
