Type specimens

Holotype male in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Type locality: Israel, Nesher quarry, 27.1.1989, R. Ootal, IES 5344.

None.

Distribution

Cyprus, Israel, and Syria. Although Van Vondel (1991:107) states "Known only from Israel", his discussion of the type material and map both show a wider distribution.
