The Illinois Natural History Survey is part of the Institute of Natural Resource Sustainability at the University of Illinois. Our organizational model consists of two divisions, each of which is made up of three sections. These divisions are supported by the Office of the Director. The current Director of the Illinois Natural History Survey is Brian D. Anderson.
