The Center for Aquatic Ecology offers a diversity of opportunities for interacting with us. Many of our scientist hire temporary staff to work on specific research projects. Visit the Survey’s Human Resources page to learn about these. We occasionally host volunteers that participate in research projects or outreach events. Finally, most of our scientists serve as graduate advisors to students in several departments at the University of Illinois.
