We are always looking for excited, interested volunteers to help us maintain a high standard of research in aquatic ecology. Field work and collections are a vital and important part of what we do, and volunteers are an integral part of that process. Those in the scientific community are encouraged to work with CAE staff in order to share and disseminate information, increase the level of public awareness and interest in our goals as researchers and ecologists, and generally cultivate a greater sense of responsibility to our environment.

High school students are encouraged to inquire into the possibilities of summer internships through the Hutton Foundation Scholarship offered through the American Fisheries Society.
