Cache Trail Signs
There is a lovely trail behind the Barkhausen-Cache Wetlands Center, along varied habitat of wetland, prairie, and woodland. There is a wide range of plants and animals that are regularly observed from the trail, and the Cache Corps of Discovery decided to create a series of interpretive signs to help identify some of these organisms, and to point out some interersting features that people could look for. The signs were completed and installed by Corps members in 2007.
