Illinois Natural History Survey - University of Illinois

Prairie Quality Indicator Sheets: are laminated sheets with color photographs, line drawings, and concise descriptions of organisms that can be used to estimate the quality of prairie habitats in Illinois. These were developed for the PrarieWatch program of the Illinois EcoWatch Network Citizen Scientist, but are available to everyone. They are particularly popular with school teachers. The Illinois EcoWatch program has been discontinued and these cards are available while they last.
