Activities Managing data in Orthoptera Species File Online. Developing interactive identification keys. Working on description of numerous new tettigoniid species from the Ecuadorian Andes.

Tettigoniidae (katydids or bushcrickets), in particular "little walking leaves" of the tribe Pterochrozini (subfamily Pseudophyllinae), behavioural ecology, bioacoustics, biodiversity, ecology and tettigoniid taxonomy.
