Examining the effects of prescribed fire and mechanical clearing of invasive plants on the flora and fauna of two oak-hickory woodlands in east-central IL.


Research
I am interested in studying and documenting the floristic component of quality natural communities in Illinois. I am also interested in fire ecology, particularly in oak-hickory woodlands and the effects of fire on the flora and fauna.
