Research
Research: A broad range of projects investigating improvements in insect pest management, including:

* Management of insects that transmit plant pathogens to vegetable crops
* Seasonal occurrence and management of pests of apples, peaches, and grapes
* Sweet corn insect management
* Augmentation of pupal parasites for biological control of stable flies and house flies

Extension: Educational programs and applied research on the integrated management of insect pests of fruit and vegetable crops and livestock.

* See the publications listed below and check the Illinois Fruit and Vegetable News (our newsletter) for up-to-date information.

Teaching:

* Crop Sciences 120 (= Entomology 120 and NRES 120): Introduction to Applied Entomology (The course outline and lecture notes are available on the web.)
